Yes, Kwikpic offers two types of accounts:

User Account: Designed for general users who want to share, download, and manage their photos easily.

Photographer (Business) Account: Ideal for photographers, event managers, schools, colleges, corporates, and other professionals. This account provides specialized features to help them manage, share, and distribute photos efficiently.
Edit Login & Profile Details
Your profile picture is only visible to users who have your phone number or email ID saved in their contact list.
If someone does not have your contact saved, they will NOT be able to see your profile picture.
If you still wish to remove your profile picture, you will need to delete your account:
For Website:
Click on your name or the three bars on the top-right → Go to Privacy & Security → Select Delete My Account
For Mobile App:
Tap on the three dots on the top-right → Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Select Delete My Account

Yes! You can simply add up to two secondary profiles under your main Kwikpic account. This allows you to view their photos without needing a different phone number or email.
Business Branding
Yes, branding features are available for both individual photographers and businesses using the Kwikpic Business Account.
On Kwikpic, photographers can showcase their brand's name, contact details, website, and social media links. Additionally, they can display their logo for easy recognition. If you have access to the Portfolio Website feature, you can also display your WhatsApp number, YouTube, and Vimeo links.
To add your logo and contact information to your Kwikpic profile follow these steps: Log in > Click on the Profile Icon (Top Right) > Business Settings > Business Branding tab (Left Panel) > Browse button > Select logo file.
- Note: Upload logo preferably with a transparent background.
Portfolio
A portfolio website is a dedicated space where photographers can exhibit their work and services. It allows you to present your top-quality photographs, sorted by categories, alongside your brand logo, business name, and services offered by you. This helps people explore your work and services and easily contact you, helping you establish a strong online presence and attract potential clients.
Creating a portfolio website through Kwikpic not only allows you to display your work in a professional manner but also offers an integrated platform for potential clients to directly contact you. With an enhanced online presence, your portfolio becomes a powerful marketing tool, opening doors to new opportunities and expanding your photography business.
Currently you can’t track the analytics and engagement of your portfolio website, but this feature will be available soon.
Yes, it is possible to include pricing information for your photography services on the Portfolio Website.
As of now, you can add your social media links on the portfolio website but you can not display your social media content on the portfolio website.
To upload individual photos or folders to your portfolio website, Click on the Profile icon (Top Right) > Business Settings > Portfolio Tab (Left Panel) In the Add Portfolio Images section, click on the Browse button to add up to 100 top-quality photos to your portfolio.
Watermark Settings
Yes, Kwikpic allows you to customize the size and position of the watermark, providing flexibility to align it according to your preference.
No, it is not possible to remove the watermark from photos once it has been added.
Team Login
The Team Login feature in Kwikpic allows account holders to add multiple users to their Kwikpic account and login on Multiple Devices at the same time.
To give a team member access to your Kwikpic account, Log into your Kwikpic account > Click on the Profile icon (Top Right) > Business Settings > Team Login tab Click on the Add Team member button, enter the team member's email or phone number, and set a password.
- Note: You do not have to enter a real email or phone number. For example, if the name is Mike, you can set the email as “mike001@kwikpic.in".
No, each team member must have a unique email or phone number that isn't already registered on Kwikpic.
To customize the access of a team member, enable or disable root access.
- Enable root access to give a team member complete access to all groups and business settings, except team login settings.
- To give a team member access to specific groups only, disable root access and select the desired groups you want the member to have access to.
You cannot directly change the login email or phone number. To update these details, you will have to remove the member and then re-add them with the new information.
A team member can perform all group-related actions like uploading and deleting photos and making changes to the group settings in the groups they have access to.
Yes, you can login on multiple devices at the same time using the Team Login feature. To login on multiple devices, create additional users / team members: Log into your Kwikpic account > Click on the Profile icon (Top Right) > Business Settings > Team Login tab

Yes, with Kwikpic’s team login feature, you can easily manage access levels for each team member. Grant full access to all features and settings by enabling root access. Turn off root access to restrict their access to specific groups only. This customization ensures your team has appropriate access based on their roles.
You will get logged out from old devices, if you use the same email or number to login on a new device. Kwikpic only allows one active session per email/number at a time. To avoid this, consider using the Team Login feature, which enables simultaneous logins on multiple devices.
