Section 1: Accessing Digital Album Feature & Uploading Photos​

1. Open your desired Kwikpic group you want to create the Digital Album for and then click on the Settings icon below the group name.
2. Click on Digital Album tab.
   • Note: This feature is only available in Premium Plans. You can also enable it for specific groups by paying a nominal fee.
3. Click on the Browse button and select photos from your device, or drag and drop your chosen photos into the box.
   • Note:
   • Make sure that all the photos have the same resolution.
   • You can upload up to 100 photos in 1 digital album.
4. Click on Start Upload to start the upload process.

Section 2: Editing and Rearranging Photos​

• For rearranging the photos,

1. Click on the Edit and Rearrange button and then click on the Rearrange button at the top right corner.
2. Drag and drop photos to arrange them, then click on Save.

• To automatically rearrange all the photos,

Click on the Select button to sort the photos in ascending or descending order.

Section 3: Editing and Customization​

1. To delete a photo click on the circle beside the photo, then click on the Delete button at the top-right corner. You can use the Select All button to select and delete all photos at once.
2. Set up a 4-digit PIN to access the album. To do that click on the Pencil icon, enter the desired PIN, and click on the Tick button to save it.
3. Customize the album color from the options on the right and click Save.

Section 4: Sharing and Viewing​

1. Click Share and Preview to copy the album link and share the created album. Simultaneously, the Album will open in a new browser tab.
2. For the best viewing experience, click Full Screen.
3. Turn pages by tapping the bottom right or left corners for that authentic flipping experience.
4. Zoom in or out by using the provided button.
5. Navigate through pages with ease using the Next and Previous page buttons.
6. Get a quick overview of all the photos and their respective page numbers by clicking on Table of Contents.
7. By clicking on the three dots,
   • Explore the single-page view option.
   • Use the direct navigation options to go to the first or last page.
   • Mute the flipping sound by toggling the sound icon.
   • Download the entire digital album using the Download button.

Section 5: Business Account Branding (For Kwikpic Business Account)​

To display your brand name and logo on all digital albums:

1. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner, go to Business Settings, and select the Album Settings tab on the left panel.
2. Enter your business name and upload the logo by clicking on the Browse button under the logo section.
   • Note: The logo should be in PNG format with a maximum file size of 2 MB.
3. Once done, click Save to confirm your edits.
